By creating an account you agree to these terms. DoctorScribe provides AI-assisted medical documentation software for licensed Canadian healthcare practitioners.

Medical responsibility

DoctorScribe is a documentation assistant. Every SOAP note and every suggested billing code must be reviewed and approved by the treating physician, who remains solely responsible for the clinical record and for all billing submissions. DoctorScribe does not practise medicine.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for licensed practitioners and their authorised clinic staff.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, or upload data you are not authorised to process.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DoctorScribe is not liable for clinical decisions, billing outcomes, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
